About the program

Train with Rach is designed for busy women who are serious about their health and fitness. It is 100% online and you receive 4 new video workouts every week. Which means training with me never gets boring. Train with me, when it suits you.

All workouts can be done from home and there's no fancy equipment required. I've planned every workout for you, so all you need to do is show up! 

You will also receive 1 week meal plan every month full of my favourite recipes, handy resources like planners and meal guides and our monthly publication Inside Train with Rach which keeps you in the loop with what's happening.

My training methods

Your body needs variety. My different training styles range from 12 to 50 minute sessions so you can always find something to suit your schedule.

High intensity sessions so get ready to sweat! We work on improving fitness and torching calories. All sessions are around the 30-minute mark.

Strengthen and tone the body using light to moderate weights. Sessions range from 35-50 minutes.

Challenge your core with just a little help from gravity and no equipment. We are going to use just our own body weight for these 20-30-minute sessions. 

Short, sharp and SWEATY! Perfect for when you are short on time but still want to SMASH it out! Sessions are no longer than 15 minutes!

A little bit about me

Since founding Rach Robertson Fitness 5 years ago, I have helped hundreds of women gain confidence and achieve their health and fitness goals through consistent training and creating long-term healthy lifestyle habits.

As a busy mum of three, I know that training needs to be simple and effective. Train with Rach is the result of many personally tried and tested methods of training.

If you are a beginner, Train with Rach will be very challenging. I would suggest taking a look at my 4 Week Reboot instead. This is great for beginners or post-pregnancy women. If you aren't sure, you can always give it a go and cancel anytime if you decide it's not for you. 

Not all sessions use equipment. BARE sessions are equipment free, as are a few EXPRESS sessions. It will be handy to have 1-2 sets of Dumbbells. A lighter set (3-6kg) and a heavier set (6-10kg), weights will depend on your individual strength/fitness level. We will occasionally use a bench or step (a sturdy chair will do). Some other optional equipment is a Swiss ball and kettlebell, but you can easily go without.

Great question! My advice would be 4-5 training sessions per week. I try and train Monday-Friday and leave my weekends free! I also like to get my training done first thing in the morning. Whatever you decide works for you, commit to it and consistency complete your training each week! Try and vary between the 4 different training methods - IGNITE, SCULPT, BARE & EXPRESS.

My meal plans consist of recipes that I personally love to eat! It is not suited to anyone who has allergies or other eating preferences such as vegetarian or vegan. I believe that we should never completely restrict ourselves of the foods that we love. Instead I take the approach of Just Eat Real Food (JERF). That means unprocessed, real food. My advice is to allow yourself 3 "treat meals" per week, but follow the JERF approach at other times. My weekly meal plan that you receive each month reflects this. 

I don't have a dedicated Train with Rach app just yet (hopefully one day!) but for quicker access to the program you can head to your app/play store and download "Kajabi". From there you can add in Train with Rach to your library using you log in details.
