A collection of 118 of my favourite recipes, 8 weeks of meal plans and the food philosophies that I personally follow. 

These are my favourite recipes from over the years that I cook for myself, my friends and family. 

I am not a nutritionist, so my recipes don't count calories, macros or provide any breakdowns. This is simply a collection of recipes that I love!
