About Me!

I'm Rach, a Mum of 3 young boys Gus, Tommy & Sonny with my husband Dale.

I am a Personal Trainer and Qualified Beauty Therapist and have been working back in the fitness industry for just over 5 years. I have slowly built my business locally increasing the fitness and health of many people and have also personally worked on my own fitness journey since being back in the industry. I have tried and tested out many different training methods and have found a system that works for me.

This is how My Fitness Theory was born. I have worked on a system at home that is quick and highly effective. My at home program I have created is focusing on improving strength, creating balance and increasing mobility. I want it to be easy to do that can be done in the comfort of my own home so there is no excuses. Training most days helps me live my best life with good health, strength, mobility and happiness.

I live close to family and friends in the country and love where I live. I am not far from my parents home and my Dad has the best VEGGIE garden, we grow garlic on the side. I get access to free range eggs, always a never ending supply of Silverbeet and in season fruits and veggies which I am super grateful for. I have lived like this most of my life.

I absolutely love fitness, health and overall well-being and I am constantly researching and testing out new training methods that can be done at home. I like simplicity when it comes to food and nutrition. I believe in eating as many whole foods as possible but still enjoying life in balance and with the occasional treat.

I love playing netball as my hobby and down time, it has always been a huge passion of mine. I also really enjoy reading self-help books and listening to podcasts.

I want to teach you that consistency in your training will help you build confidence, live life to the fullest and help you feel amazing inside and out. Life is not perfect, we have our ups and downs and not one person is the same. You need to focus on you, build up the good habits and create a strong mindset to help you achieve a healthy, fit and happy body.

As a trained beauty therapist and personal trainer I know that it is not just what happens on the outside that matters. It also has to come from within, what you fuel your body with, how your feel on the inside, your sleep and overall wellness is also what will help you towards a lifelong journey of fitness and good health.
